Some exceptional ladies who, leading longer lives exceeding a century, are better informed of the secrets of longevity of life. Barring the unknown, the scientific reasons contributing to long life spans are good sleep, daily exercises, active life, and systematic dieting. Especially, women with longer life are commonplace, the additional reasons being estrogen protecting women’s heart well after menopause, and their leading comparatively a stress-free life.
