For wildlife photographers, finding out unusual and rare animals and photographing them for the world to see is the greatest satisfaction. In the link given above are photos by Andrew Fulton, who took the same challenge. He visited the Marbury Park at Cheshire, looking for something rare to click, and found white squirrels, which is a very rare species.
They have a genetic mutation known as leucism, which occurs naturally and results in partial pigmentation loss in the fur, and makes the squirrels white in color. All over the United Kingdom, the squirrel population is 5 million, among which there are only 4 white squirrels. via Website | Facebook | via [Lost at E Minor] | via mymodernmet
